Congratulations to our winners of the American Legion Auxiliary essay contest! Their essays have been sent to the next level of competition. #ccr1proud


Mr. Jones’s biology classes investigated genetic traits by creating dragons. Students flipped a coin to determine which alleles were passed on to their dragons. The students then mated their dragons to others in the class to see how recessive traits can become more prevalent in successive generations.

Today’s Activities 4/22

Congratulations to senior Daniel Vosmith for being selected Honorable Mention for the 2022 Missouri Scholars 100, a state-wide program that honors 100 of Missouri's top academic students in the graduating class of 2022.
Missouri Scholars 100 is a program sponsored by the Missouri Association of Secondary School Principals. In order to be considered, the student must have a minimum GPA of 3.750, a minimum ACT score of 29, be ranked in the upper ten percent of the class and have taken high-level courses in mathematics, science, English, and foreign language. The student must also have excellent attendance, be an exemplary school citizen, and be involved in the school activity program.
