Grades 7–8 --> AMI (Alternative Methods of Instruction) packets will be sent home with your student today. At this time, the packet includes two days’ worth of work, with plans to send additional materials if needed later in the winter. These packets are for use only if we need to call an AMI day due to inclement weather. On an AMI day, students will be expected to complete the assigned work and return it when they come back to school. Please keep the packets in a safe place so they’re easily accessible if needed.
Grades 9–12 --> AMI (Alternative Methods of Instruction) work will be shared through Google Classroom and/or email on the AMI day. Students will need to log in for each class, check their email, and complete the assignments provided for that day. If your student needs a paper copy, please reach out to the high school office so we can make arrangements.
Thank you!

Final post of the season - Varsity soccer concluded the season with a loss to Smithton in the second overtime period Monday night. Smithton got on the board first with just under 10 minutes to play in the first half. The score remained 0-1 into the second half. With just over 20 minutes to play Rylee Donaldson sent a ball through the defense to Jack Hoos who sent the ball on a cross. Trent Sawyer was there to put the cross in the back of the net to even things up. With some momentum back on their side the Tigers kept the pressure on Smithton. With just over 18 to play Smithton was called for a handball at about he 25 yard mark. Jaden Xiloj capitalized with a perfectly placed ball in the upper right corner to give the Tigers their first lead of the night. Smithton was not finished however and came up with an equalizer just under 4 minutes later. The Tigers continued their fight and Jordan Dixon fought through the defense with just over 2 minutes to play and sent a ball into the box which Reid Hagedorn cleaned up to give the Tigers the lead 3-2. Smithton answered once again with just under 20 seconds left and sent a ball over the defense and goalie to tie the game. The game remained tied through the first overtime period before Smithton hit a shot with just under 8 minutes left in the second overtime period. Goalie RJ Hampton got a hand on the shot over his head however a Smithton player was there to put it in the net when it hit the ground and end the game. Thank you Tiger Nation for your support this year.

Lady Bluebirds Season Ended by Comets: The Class 2 District 7 Championship game took place October 28th at Russellville High School featuring 2 powerhouse teams. Cole Camp with a 28-3-4 record and #12 in state rankings. Fatima had a 24-8-1 record and ranked #8 in state. Nice start for Cole Camp as they nudged ahead 5-2, then Fatima answered with a 5-1 effort. Mandy Goosen with a block and kill gave Cole Camp an 8-7 lead, which unfortunately would be their last of the set. Fatima gradually pulled away with a 13-5 run and eventually took the first set 25-17. Very competitive 2nd set. Olivia Pilant dropped in an ace and Leah Allison a kill to lead 8-5. Senior Alayna Backes was clearly the main weapon for the Lady Comets. According to her coach Ellie Crede, Backes leads the team and kills, blocks, and digs. Goosen and Allison turned around a couple of her rockets, but several others were out of reach for the Cole Camp defenders. Trailing by 4, Cole Camp twice got within 1 but couldn't move back ahead. Fatima 25-21 in the 2nd set. Andrea Dieckman and Marilyn Hesse with scores early third set. Andrea also with several blocks helping Cole Camp to a 12-8 lead. Pilant with 4 serves later put the Lady Bluebirds up 20 - 14 and they held the lead to claim the third set 25-21. The Lady Bluebirds tried to carry that energy into the 4th set and did so up to a 7-7 tie. However Backes, who has several college scholarship offers available, was on the front row midgame and led the Comets on a 12-2 rally to break open a tight game. So a fantastic season for the Ladybirds came to an end as Fatima won the 4th set 25-13 to claim the District Title. Kills: Hesse 11, Allison 11, Goosen 6, Andrea 5 Digs: Hesse 15, Allison 15, Goosen 12, Harrison 12, Pilant 8, Ogle 8 Assists: Ogle 31 Blocks: Goosen 10, Andrea 9, Dakota 4 This has been an extremely successful year for the Lady Bluebirds! Many great moments to cherish for the team and coaches. And a great crowd on hand for the final game. Well done Cole Camp!
A GREAT BIG BLUEBIRD THANK YOU to Arthur Keuper who has written all the volleyball articles this school year!!! We appreciate all that you do!!!
