Job Posting/Bookkeeper/Human Resource

The Cole Camp R-1 School District is accepting applications for the Bookkeeper/Human Resources position. Responsibilities include: accounts payables and receivables, reconciling bank statements, financial reporting, budget tracking, payroll processing, human resource management, state and federal reporting, and compliance with district policies. Job qualifications include: high school diploma or GED required, previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred, experience with financial software preferred, strong computer skills, strong mathematical accuracy and attention to details, ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial and personal employee information, strong communication and organizational skills. This is a 12-month position. Benefits include medical insurance, annual leave, vacation, and retirement.
